How do I cancel or change my appointment once it is booked online?

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online or by calling our practice. Please note that the online booking

system will not allow you to cancel your appointment if it is within 4 hours of your appointment time. If you do not turn up for

your appointment and it was not cancelled before this timeframe, you will be charged a non-attendance fee

($25 for standard appointments and $50 for long appointments).

Are you a new patient?

New patients - Please phone our practice before booking an online appointment. 

New patients are booked for a 30 minute consultation. All new patients require a long appointment (30 minutes).
This is to ensure our doctors have enough time to understand your background and provide more personalised medical care. We also ask that new patients arrive at our practice 10 minutes prior to their booked appointment time, to complete new patient form.​​

Transfer of Medical Records

Talk to your doctor during your appointment if you would like to have your medical record from your previous practice transferred to us. Your previous practice may charge a fee for this service and you will need to speak to them to find out about this.
